Please join us for the special 28th anniversary of the Al Toll Memorial 5K & Masters 15K.  Proceeds from these races will be sent to the Epilepsy Foundation in honor & memory of Al Toll, Macon Tracks Running Club member.  The 5K is an out-and-back and the 15K is a rolling loop with pleasant scenery.  Runners and walkers of all ages can participate in the 5K race.  The 15K is a masters race and only runners 40 years of age or older on race day are eligible to participate.

WHERE:  Races will begin at the IKON office building on 1738 Bass Rd.  From I-75, take the Bass Road exit and turn left (coming from Atlanta) or right (coming from downtown Macon).  Go straight through the 4-way stop and the new IKON building is ahead on the left.  If you get to Riverside Drive you’ve gone too far.  Race day registration and packet pick-up will be inside.

AWARDS:  Custom long-sleeved cotton shirts to all finishers who pre-register by February 11th.  Shirts will be available for race day registrants while supplies last.  Awards will be given to the first three overall male and female finishers in each race.  First masters male and female will be awarded in the 5K.  Awards will also be given to the top three finishers, male and female, in each five-year age division-- for the 15K,  starting at 40-44, proceeding up to 70-74 and 75 & Up.  For the 5K, starting at 10 & under, 11-14, 15-19, proceeding up to 70-74 and 75 & Up.

REGISTRATION:  Early Registration is $17. Macon Tracks members receive $1 off when pre-registering.  Online registration with no service fee is available through Feb. 15th.  Mailed registrations must be postmarked by February 11.  Race day registration will be $20.00.  Send your checks, made payable to MTRC, or Macon Tracks Running Club, to:  P.O. This race will be part of the 2012 edition of the Macon Tracks Piedmont Sports Medicine Race Series.  Macon Tracks members earn points and receive discounted entry fees at participating races.  Awards will be given at the end of the year.

Both courses will close at 11:15 a.m.  We will have an early start for the 15K at 8:00 a.m. for those who cannot complete the 15K in 2 hours and 15 minutes or for those who want to run both races and need extra time.  There will be 2 water stops along the 15K course and 1 on the 5K course.  No refunds or transfers.
