Mercer Homecoming 5K
Macon, 8:00 am

Get ready to run, jog, walk, or sprint through the beautiful Macon campus in the 7th annual Mercer Homecoming 5K.  The race is open to everyone associated with Mercer as well as the general public.  Stay after the race and enjoy the Orange Pancake Breakfast with proceeds benefiting MDA.  This year the race features chip timing.

Ocmulgee Mounds 5K Run and 2.5K Walk
Macon, 8:00 a.m.

Proceeds from this 4th annual race benefit the interpretive and educational programs at the Ocmulgee National Monument Association.  Runners will travel a 5K paved path, passing the Great Temple Mound and returning after the Funeral Mound. Walkers will travel 2.5K along the beautiful shaded paths on a scenic, cross-country course.

Warner Robins, 8:00 a.m.

This race will be held at Huntington Middle School and proceeds will be used to purchase instructional and technological materials.  All finishers will receive a medal.

Heroes Who Walk Among Us 5K
Gray, 9:00a.m.

This race is part of the annual Jones County Veterans Day celebration.  It will start and finish at the Jones County Civic Center.  Proceeds benefit the Jones County Veterans Memorial Fund.  Awards will be given to the 1st veterans to finish.

This race benefits the Alzheimer's Association and Service for Services.

Turkey Day 5K
Milledgeville, 10:00 a.m.

M.I.A. Food Bank's 2nd annual Turkey Day 5K will be held at the Greenway under the Milledgeville River Bridge.  Proceeds go towards feeding families for the holiday season.

AFJROTC Run for Veterans 5K
Kathleen, 8:00 a.m.

This 5th annual race will be held at Veterans High School in Houston County.  Proceeds will benefit the Dwight D. Eisenhower Army Medical Center Fisher House and Veterans High School AFJROTC.  Long sleeved t-shirts while supplies last or there is a $12 no shirt option.

Biking for Better Breathing
Juliette

This event benefits the COPD Foundation and is organized by the Coliseum Pulmonary Center.  The 50-mile bike ride begins near the Whistle Stop Cafe in Juliette and goes down Hwy 11 to Gray and back.  Collect playing cards along the way and the rider with the best poker hand wins a massage.  A small lunch will be provided after the ride.

This race will be held at Butler United Methodist Church.  Proceeds benefit the Butler Fire Department.  It's part of the Run & See Georgia Grand Prix and the Clover Glove Race Series.

Warner Robins First UMC presents the 4th annual Make A Difference 5K run to benefit youth ministry. This race is part of the Middle Georgia Runners for Christ race series.

This 3rd annual race benefits the Ronald McDonald House, celebrating 12 years of providing care, comfort and hope for families of children receiving medical treatment in Central Georgia.  The race will be held at Tattnall Square Park.  It's part of the Macon Tracks Piedmont Orthopaedic Complex Race Series and the Run & See Georgia Grand Prix.

Dublin, 4 mile and 2 mile at 8:30 a.m., 1 mile at 9:45 a.m.

Proceeds benefit Laurens Baptist food & clothes banks, medical & dental clinics, and WinShape Camp.  Part of the Middle Georgia Runners for Christ Series.

Will Robinson Memorial 5K

Deputy Will Robinson Memorial 5K & Fun Run
Milledgeville, 8:30 a.m. Fun Run & 9:00 a.m. 5K

This 19th annual race is presented by the Baldwin County Sheriff's Office & Georgia Military College Alumni Association.  The proceeds from the race go to the 1879 Circle of Friends Scholarship Fund, the Will Robinson Scholarship Fund and the C.H.A.M.P.S Program.

Macon, 8:00 a.m.

This low-key race will be a fun way for runners of all types to gather and burn off some Thanksgiving calories.  It will be a multi-loop course on trails in the spirit of the old Bartram Forest race.

This annual Christmas downtown tradition will be held at Tattnall Square Park.  The race benefits the Children's Hospital.  Chip timing for those who pre-register.  Part of the Macon Tracks Piedmont Orthopaedic Complex Race Series and the Run & See Georgia Grand Prix.

This race will be held at First Baptist Church of Centerville and proceeds benefit Family Promise Of Greater Houston County.  Part of the Middle Georgia Runners for Christ race series.

A Country Christmas in Lights 5K & Fun Run
The Rock, Fun Run at 5:00 p.m., 5K at 5:30 p.m.

This race will be held at Rock Ranch, a 1,500 acre ranch founded by the late S. Truett Cathy, founder of Chick-fil-A.  The race benefits Camp Winshape.  There will be a Christmas light display.

Winter Harvest Coat Drive 5K Run/Walk
Macon, 9:30 a.m.

This 3rd annual run/walk in support of the Charity Benevolent Fund will be held at the Ocmulgee National Monument.  Part of the Runners for Christ race series.

Museum of Aviation 5K, Half-Marathon, & Marathon
Warner Robins, 8:00 a.m. marathon, 8:15 half marathon, 8:30 5K

This is an awesome race.  It's super well-organized by the Robins Pacers.  The USATF certified course is flat, the races are chip timed, and there's a distance for everyone.  Get a group of 10 to register together and everyone gets $3 off.  Part of the Macon Tracks Piedmont Orthopaedic Complex Race Series and the Run & See Georgia Grand Prix.
Feb. 7

Al Toll Memorial 5K, 15K
Macon, 8:30 a.m. 5K, 9 a.m. 15K

Come join us for this 31st annual race, organized by Macon Tracks Running Club.  Both races are open to runners of all ages.  The 5K is an out-and-back and the 15K is a rolling loop with plenty of hills.  Macon Tracks members receive $1 off the entry fee and earn points in the Macon Tracks Piedmont Orthopaedic Complex Race Series and in the Run & See Georgia Grand Prix.

Sweetheart Run for Sight 5K, 12K
Centerville, 8:00 a.m.

This race is sponsored by the Centerville Lions Club and organized by the Robins Pacers.  Proceeds will help provide eye examinations and eyeglasses for those in need.  Part of the Macon Tracks Piedmont Orthopaedic Complex Race Series and the Run & See Georgia Grand Prix.
April 4
Run 2 End Alzheimer's 5K & 10.5K
Bonaire, 5K at 8:00 a.m., 10.K at 8:30 a.m.

Formerly the Claxton Road Race, this 5th annual run benefits the Alzheimer's Association.  It will be held at Landing Pointe Shopping Center and the course leads through picturesque Statham's Landing.  Discounted entry for teams, children under 12, and Macon Tracks members.  Part of the Macon Tracks Piedmont Orthopaedic Complex Race Series and the Run & See Georgia Grand Prix.
April 11
Macon Mud Run 5K, 7K, and 1K
Macon, 7K at 10:30 and 10:45, 5K at 11:00 a.m. and every 15 minutes

The Macon Mud Run is an adventure race with hill climbs, pond crossings, tunnel crawls, creek crossings, and oodles of mud pits. Members can race individually or as a member of a team. There will also be a 1K Mini Mud for children ages 3-11. The race expo will have food, music, games, inflatables, and fun for the whole family. All proceeds will benefit the children and families of Hephzibah Children’s Home.
April 25 Autism Awareness 5K Trail Run and Fun Run
Forsyth, 5K at 8:00 a.m., Family Fun Run at 9:30 a.m.

This trail race will be held at Dayspring Presbyterian Church.  All proceeds go to benefit the Anchor of Hope Foundation in their ministry to children and adults with disabilities and their families.  After the race there will be a free Community Resource Fair & Family Fun Festival with food, music, inflatables, and games.
May 2 All About Animals Rescue Run 5K, 10.2K & 1-mile Fun Run
Macon, 8:30 a.m.

Proceeds from the race will help fund All About Animals Rescue, a non-profit, no-kill animal shelter located in Macon.  The race will be held at Mt. Zion Church.  The race is part of the Macon Tracks Piedmont Orthopaedic Complex Race Series and the Run & See Georgia Grand Prix.
